Wise Re-Paving Project Confidentiality Agreement

We have an upcoming project, detailed below. In order for me to invite you to this project, I need the attached confidentiality agreement signed and returned.

The Lansing Board of Water & Light (LBWL) is soliciting proposals that will include milling and overlay, pavement removal, pavement, gravel base, curb and gutter removal and replacement, and concrete as described in the drawings. The Contractor is also requested to provide Unit Pricing for additional curb and gutter removal and replacement not shown on the drawings. The Contractor will also be responsible for installing and maintaining all appropriate Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Measures and securing the appropriate Right-of-Way Permit from the City of Lansing. All work shall be done in accordance with MDOT’s Standard Specifications for Construction and/or BWL Specifications and Guidelines as included herein.
