Wisconsin Worker's Compensation Hospital Fee Schedule
The Department of Workforce Development (DWD) is seeking to procure professional services to develop and implement a Hospital Fee Schedule for the Wisconsin worker's compensation program in accordance with s.102.423, Wis. Stats. The Hospital Fee Schedule sets the maximum fees that an eligible hospital (see Appendix 2. Eligible Hospitals) may charge an insurer or self-insured employer for an item or service provided to an injured employee who claims worker's compensation benefits.
