This memo outlines a request for applications (RFA) from individuals, governmental entities, public entities, or 501(c)(3) organizations including but not limited to national and community-based organizations.
Applying agencies and individuals must demonstrate previous successful experience developing state, county, or city-level strategic plans or other organizational strategic plans. Applications in response to this RFA must be submitted online using this application survey.
The deadline to apply for this funding opportunity is 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 29, 2024. Late applications will not be accepted or reviewed.
