Bid Synopsis:	The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Public Health (DPH), is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide a conference venue to host the Wisconsin Community Health Worker (CHW) Gathering. DPH is seeking event planning services for audio-visual set up and a venue able to provide services at the current State Rates (tax-exempt) and have the capacity to host the estimated one hundred twenty-five (125) attendees, providing food and beverage, audio visual needs. These commodity/services may not exceed $20,000.00 (Twenty-thousand dollars) in total. The location of the event should not exceed a twenty-five (25) mile radius of Wisconsin Dells Wisconsin. This conference will be held Monday August 18th – Tuesday August 19th.
