The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1. Offerors must meet the 90 day delivery reflected in Box 6 on page 1 of the solicitation.
2. FAR 52.212-2, on pages 67 and 68 of the solicitation, is hereby deleted from the solicitation.
3. Any clause updates or deletions are hereby incorporated in the following pages.
4. The Solicitation Closing Date is hereby extended until 10 August 2026.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1. PD # N0038324X2520, under SubCLINs 0001AA and 0001AB, for a QTY of 10 EA is hereby cancelled.
2. As a result of this PD cancellation, the total quantity is hereby decreased by 10 units, from a total QTY of 12 units to 2 units for NIIN 016265341.
3. Any clause updates are hereby incorporated.
4. The Solicitation Closing Date is hereby extended until 20 January 2026.

Can only be procured only from suppliers who provide FAA-Certified parts whic possess a EASA Form 1.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Award will be made based on lowest price.
NAVSUP WSS requests that vendors submit a firm-fixed price (FFP)quote/proposal.
If determined necessary by the Navy, the offeror agrees to provide adequate pricing information upon bidding to assist the Navy in its fair and reasonable price determination.

Applicable only for P-8 CAT 1 & CAT 2 items
In addition to paragraph (a), "Inspection and Acceptance", add the following:
1. The contractor shall provide notification to the government of all proposed engineering changes that effect components managed under this contract. No changes shall be made without written authorization from the government for any change which will or may
affect:
a) Interchangeability, performance, weight, safety, reliability, service life, fit, form, function, and maintainability; or
b) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) type certification
c) Require part re-identification for any reason
2. The change notification shall include at a minimum the affected parts number(s) and a required approval date in order to maintain current contractual performance requirements. The contractor shall make available to the government any commercially available
change documentation such as Service Bulletins or Original Equipment Manufacturer Product Line Change Notifications.

Provisions for a Certificate of Conformance must be included on all CN P-8 contracts.
All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders,delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement areconsidered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or
sent by other electronic commercemethods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor'sproposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents asdetailed herein.
