Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISP) to lease space for equipment placement on the communications tower

REQUEST FOR SEALED PROPOSALS

Medina County is seeking Request for Sealed Proposals from Wireless Internet Service Providers (WISP) to lease space for equipment placement on the communications tower located at 646 County Road 4514, Hondo, Texas (west of Dunlay).  Proposal specifications can be obtained by calling the County Auditors Office at (830) 741-6090 or by clicking the following link. Sealed proposals are due Thursday August 14, 2025 by 10:00 am and to be sealed and addressed to the Medina County Auditor, Rubi Gaucin, with “Dunlay Tower RFP” clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered to 1300 Avenue M, Room 139, Hondo, TX 78861. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The office is closed for lunch from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm Monday-Thursday. Medina County will not accept responses submitted electronically. Proposals received after that time will be considered late and will be returned unopened.

The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
