Place of Performance:
The Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), Interior Business Center (IBC), intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Wipaire Inc 1700 Henry Ave South Saint Paul, Minnesota 55075-3500 for a set of new Wipaire Wipline 2100S (Part #: CC18-S001) floats to be installed on a Cub Crafters CC18 aircraft.
Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide this supply, you must respond by 3 December 2024, 02:00 p.m. EST. Your responses may be submitted via e-mail to john_fleshman@ibc.doi.gov and stephen_klier@ibc.doi.gov.
