Sealed bids will be received until 2:30PM, September 9, 2025, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Winthrop Rockefeller Building Elevator Update located in Little Rock, AR for the Division of Building Authority. PR #6152517
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on September 2, 2025, at 501 Woodlane St., Little Rock, AR 72201. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Pettit & Pettit Consulting Engineers, Inc.’s website: www.pettitinc.com . Bidders must provide a $25 non-refundable fee to download construction documents from the Design Professional’s website: www.pettitinc.com .
