Winter Supplemental Equipment and Operators
Synopsis:

Submissions marked "COR25-00023 – Supplemental Suppliers Winter Maintenance Equipment" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Friday, September 19, 2025.

The City is seeking experienced Suppliers interested in providing winter road, alley and sidewalk maintenance equipment with operators. The equipment and services may include snow clearing and hauling, pavement maintenance, alley maintenance, sanding trucks with certified and experienced operators with matching front plows, sidewalk maintenance equipment with certified experienced operators, among others.

The Suppliers will need to provide City with the required equipment in good condition, with all suitable attachments, as and when needed.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

Additional Information:

There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting (attendance is not mandatory) using Microsoft Teams regarding this competition on Thursday September 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST Saskatchewan for any interested proponents. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting on or prior to Wednesday September 3, 2025 at 03:00 PM, CST.
