Winter Chiller Maintenance FY 2026

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District”) is seeking an annual winter maintenance cleaning and eddy current testing (“ECT”) for the designated Energy Plants, locations listed below:
A. Central Energy Plant (“CEP”)
B. Contemporary Hotel Chiller Plant (“CHOT”)
C. EPCOT Central Energy Plant (“ECEP”)
D. North Studios Energy Plant (“NSEP”)
E. South Studios Energy Plant (“SSEP”)

A Non-mandatory site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. Meeting location for the site visit is at the following address:

For all those who are attending the non-mandatory site visit please remember to bring/wear closed toed shoes, pants, hard hat, safety vest, and eye and ear protection. Please see directions/map in the Documents Tab. All attendees must RSVP through PlanetBids™ to attend the Non-Mandatory Site Visit by August 5, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
