Douglas County (¿Owner¿ or the ¿County¿) is issuing this Request for Proposal (¿RFP¿) to solicit commercial and technical proposals (¿Proposals¿) from bidders (¿Respondents¿) for the site contractor to construct the new Douglas County Winston Park at 13727 Memorial Hwy, Winston, Ga 30187, utilizing a Lump Sum Bid project delivery method.
