Per Document Instructions

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking proposals for the scope of work herein described. Pursuant to bidding

policy, sealed proposals endorsed “Winston Lake Golf Course Concession Services REBID– RFP26104” will

be received until the time listed above by the City/County Purchasing Department in Suite 324, City Hall

Building, 101 North Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

** NOTICE OF SITE VISIT / PRE-BID **

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM, December 1, 2025, at 3535 Winston

Lake Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. We will meet at the clubhouse in the concessions “Grill Room”.

The project manager will be present to go over the requested scope of work and answer any questions.

A sign-in sheet will serve as documentation of attendance. No bids will be accepted from contractors not

represented at this mandatory pre-bid.

NOTE: Contractors who attended the original pre-bid for this project on November 3rd are NOT

required to be represented at this pre-bid but are welcome to attend if they so desire.

All inquiries and questions must be submitted in writing ONLY by 5:00 PM, December 8, 2025.
