The City of Winston-Salem is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to manage and operate the grill room food concession at Winston Lake Golf Course, located at 3535 Winston Lake Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. The selected Concessionaire will provide food and beverage service to golfers, guests, and visitors, including dine-in, on-course, and catered event services.

Minimum Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage operations
• Eligible to work under an NC beer license
