Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Chittenden, Lamoille, Washington Keywords: Engineering , Construction (Non Building), Culvert Replacement, Storm Water System Design, Stream Restoration, Environmental Conservation, Environmental Consultant Services Bid Description: The Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission, in its role as the Clean Water Service Provider for the Winooski Basin is accepting proposals requesting funding for fund non-regulatory, phosphorous reduction projects in the Winooski River Basin. Projects must be located in the Winooski River Basin and align with the vision set forth by Act 76, the Clean Water Service Delivery Act, and policies and guidance set forth by the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation to implement the Act. There is approximately $2,000,000 available to fund water quality improvement projects.
