Windsor Vac Sewer Field Repairs

Isle of Wight County is seeking Bids for Windsor Vacuum Sewer Field Repairs. Bids shall be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/isleofwight-va no later than 10am on March 24, 2026.

The Windsor Vacuum Sewer System is a single Pump Station vacuum system that has reached its capacity due to the increased number of connections to the system and the deteriorating components within the field collection system and the pump station assemblies. This project seeks to address some of the loss of pressure due to cracked, broken, and otherwise compromised field components. Additionally, the installation of various valves across the system should facilitate the ability to isolate portions of the collection system without stopping the entire town collection system for individual repairs.
