Bids are invited by the owner of 29 St. Paul Court, Groton, CT. Bids will be received on behalf of the Owner by the Town of Groton, Planning Department, 134 Groton Long Point Road, Groton, CT until 2:00 P.M., February 28, 2004 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.

Project Specifications are available on the Town of Groton’s website, www.groton-ct.gov, and the State of Conn. Dept. of Admin. Services (DAS) website, www.das.ct.gov, State Contracting Portal, Town of Groton Solicitation Number 059-PI-14.
