Window Washing Services, Term Contract

Baltimore County, Maryland, Purchasing Division is seeking Bids for Window Washing Services, Term Contract . Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd , no later than 3:30 pm on Thursday, October 16, 2025 .

Amendments to solicitations often occur prior to bid opening and sometimes within as little as 48 hours prior to bid opening. It is the intention of these specifications that the vendor hereunder shall furnish and Baltimore County shall purchase twice a year window cleaning services covered by the contract which the County may require during the period of time specified. The quantities shown are approximate and are for the purpose of bid evaluation.
