NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, May 29, 2025, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Window Replacements at Conway Human Development Center located in Conway, Arkansas for the Arkansas Department of Human Services. PR #7102506
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference at 10:00AM, May 22, 2025, at the Maintenance Shop at Conway Human Development Center, 150 Seibenmorgan Road, Conway, AR 72032. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Morris AE, Inc., 5005 Hwy 161 South, Scott, AR 72142 (501)961-1003. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, payable to Morris & Associates. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return bidding documents in good condition within (10) days after the opening of bids. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the bidder’s deposit will be refunded. Prime bidders requiring additional sets and sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents.

A bid security in the amount of 5% shall accompany each bid, if the bid is more than $50,000.00.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, the State encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises to submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also given to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
