Work under this contract covers the replacement of the windows and related work at the six story apartment building in central Edmonton, Alberta. The Contractor is to determine the actual quantity and locations of all equipment, building elements, materials, etc., and take all measurements and information required for the work. Contractor is to determine existing site conditions and construction assemblies affecting the execution of the work.
Supply and Installation of new and complete window units as specification listed in the Project Manual Issued For Tender, that will be supplied by Vista Housing for Seniors to complete this project.
