Window replacement

SECTION 00100 - INVITATION FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the County of Clark in the state of Arkansas, will accept bids on a General Contract for the Window replacement on the county courthouse, located in Arkadelphia, Arkansas
The County of Clark will receive sealed bids until:
April 2, 2026 @ 2:00 pm
in the Offices of Clark County Judge, Clark County Courthouse, Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. At that time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bona Fide General Bidders may secure copies of the proposed Contract Documents (at no charge) from the Architect on the following basis:
A. Bid documents (Plans and Specifications) will be sent out electronically. General contractors may request bid documents by email to jerry@trafirm.com
Proposals must be submitted on the form shown in the Specifications and must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of at least 5% of the base bid, all in accordance with the General Conditions or Modifications thereof bound with the Specifications.
Performance and Payment Bond, in the full amount of the contract will be required for contract security.
The Contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder, except that the Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids.
Bidder will be required to comply with all public bid laws of the State of Arkansas.
