Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), RIHousing seeks proposals from qualified window cleaning contractors to provide exterior and interior window services for RIHousing corporate office buildings located at 44 & 56-70 Washington St., Providence, RI 02903 (the “Buildings”). Exterior window cleaning will be performed two (2) times/year targeting Spring and Fall months and interior cleaning will be performed one (1) time /year during summer months. In addition, RIHousing requests pricing for “on call” street level and 2nd story exterior cleaning.
It is the intention of RIHousing to enter into a three (3) year contract with two (2) one-year options; therefore, pricing requested will be for the initial 3 years of the contract; see Attachment D. INSTRUCTIONS Proposals are to be submitted via email to: Guy V. Pirolli, Facilities Operations Manager at gpirolli@rihousing.com no later than the submission deadline set forth above. Proposals must be submitted to RIHousing on business letterhead and must adhere to the word count applicable to each section of this RFP and include all attachments, certifications (located at Attachment A), and work samples (as applicable). Proposals that are not received by the response submission deadline or that do not adhere to the submission instructions described herein shall not be accepted or considered by RIHousing. All questions regarding the Scope of Work set forth in this RFP must be made in writing and submitted via email to Guy V. Pirolli, Facilities Operations Manager at gpirolli@rihousing.com prior to the submission deadline. |
