The Town of Windham, Connecticut (“Town”) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide municipal sidewalk snow removal and ice control services. The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more on-call contractors capable of providing timely winter maintenance services to ensure pedestrian safety, accessibility, and compliance with applicable accessibility and ADA requirements.
