The Contractor shall provide all labor and material needed to replace any leaking hot or cold-water lines in PNW 1 at the Wind River Experimental Forest (PFEF). Square feet of flooring are as follows: 1st floor (1104 sf), 2nd floor (754 sf), for a total of 1858 sf. The WREF PNW1 is a Historic structure. Work consists of water line replacement of two upstairs bathrooms, water heater, restroom off of the kitchen, basement water lines, exposed hose bibs in the basement and the kitchen. Work items include but are not limited to demolition, material removal, plumbing, fixture replacement, insulation of exposed water lines, ceiling tile replacement and wall surfaces replaced as needed. Any existing water lines that do not leak may be left in place. The Government’s estimate is less than $25,000.00.

This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on R6 FMAC Parent BPA.
THIS IS A REQUEST UNDER A PREVIOUSLY ISSUED BPA.
WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO ADD NEW CONTRACTORS TO THE BPA AT THIS TIME.
