Sealed Tenders will be received by the undersigned until 3:00 P.M., local time, on Friday March 28, 2025 for Fiber Reinforced Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete Overlay on:

• Lone Rock South Grid (South of 480) N-S - 9100 tonne 30 mm
• Thin Lift Mix Unwin Grid (Border to Grid 3280) E-W - 4850 tonne 30 mm
• Thin Lift Mix Unwin Grid – 3280 East to Bridge – 7300 tonne 50 mm Conventional Mix, 8 approaches
• Range Road 3255 – 3.2 km – 6300 tonne 80 mm Conventional Mix, 3 approaches
• Grid 688 9.91 km – 8400 tonne 30 mm Thin Lift Mix 4 approaches

Approximate total quantities:
•23,350 tonnes of 30 mm Thin Lift Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (Processed Aggregate and Oil Supplied)
•7,300 tonnes of 50 mm Conventional Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete(Processed Aggregate and Oil Supplied)
•6,300 tonnes of 80 mm Conventional Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete(Processed Aggregate and Oil Supplied)

Tenders will be opened in public in the office of the undersigned at the hour of 10:00 A.M, local time, on Monday March 31, 2025. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “10 % of the Tender amount” valid for 60 days.

The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
