This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0925Q70092469 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for UNGA 80-Copiers. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective May 12, 2025. This solicitation is Unrestricted (Full and Open) and a total small business set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720 Janitorial Services. The anticipated Period of Performance is September 1, 2025 – October 31, 2028. The Government intends to award a three-year contract of an One (1) Base year of 12 months and two (2) 12-month option years.
