Description:

Constructing an emergency bypass pumping connection to the lift station’s discharge force main consisting of a tapping sleeve and valve with associated piping and a quick connect coupling/cap. The connection will allow for emergency pumping of sewage in the event that the lift station cannot operate or meet the incoming flow needs. The Project also includes the purchase of an emergency bypass pump sized for the operating conditions included in the specification. A second emergency bypass pump is being requested as an ad-alternate bid item. The proposed site layout will include a new concrete pad with bollards.
