The contractor will be under a Draw Down/Open Purchase Order for five (5) years, June 30, 2030. This draw down purchase order outlines the terms and conditions for the provision of upholstery services. The service provider shall perform services in accordance with the scope and timeline outlined in the associated agreement. This draw down purchase is not to exceed $20,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2030. The service provider will bill each service to the associated purchase order number given at the start of services until the end of the fiscal year.
