688 - Wildlife Trapping

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Wildlife Trapping to the Department of Natural Resources (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFQ.

Prospective bidders must be registered in TEAM GEORGIA MARKETPLACE to view the complete RFQ and attachments and submit a bid.  All bids must be submitted electronically through TEAM GEORGIA MARKETPLACE.

The project includes approximately 1,000 meters per year. Multiple awards will be contracted for one-year contracts with the potential to renew annually up to 4 times. The State Entity does not guarantee a minimum number of meter orders to a Supplier that has been awarded a bid.

It is the bidder's responsibility to review this RFQ on a regular basis during the solicitation period for answers to related questions submitted and for any addenda that may be posted.

All other questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Elizabeth Alexander at elizabeth.alexander@dnr.ga.gov.   No questions other than written will be accepted.  No response other than written will be binding upon the State.
