Description

The proposed project includes the construction of a 65’x65’ box hangar (foundation and building structure) for future aircraft parking. This project also includes the construction of a Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) taxilane and apron with the associated site work (grading & drainage). The proposed concrete taxilane will provide paved access to the proposed hangar.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor.

No bid may be withdrawn prior to October 15, 2025.
