Wilbraham Housing Authority Requesting Quotes for Roof Replacement

The Project consists of:  removal and replacement of roofing shingles, underlayment flashing, gutters and downspouts

The work is estimated to cost $31,350.

Bidder selection, procedures and contract awards shall be in conformity with M.G.L. Chapter 149 Section 44A-H. Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

Quotes will be received until 2:00 pm, Friday, 09.11.2026 and opened, forthwith.
