Description:

State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number L09141 titled Wilber Hall Bathroom Rehabilitations until 2:00 p.m. local time on 10/24/25 the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All work on this Contract is to be completed within 150 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed

Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding may be obtained from the Syracuse Blueprint Company (the Printer) (https://www.syracuseblueprintplanroom.com) upon receipt of a payment of $49.00 for a printed copy or $10 for an electronic copy, made payable to the Printer, for each complete set. The Fund waives fees and deposits for sets of the Contract Documents requested by NYS certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise.

All questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding the contract documents are to be directed to: Derek Jeffers at Derek.Jeffers@Oneonta.edu and to Heidi Stemkoski at hstemkoski@phzarch.com. The last day for questions or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents is 10/20/25 by 2:00pm.

A project walk through will be held on 10/17/25 at 10:00 am. Please meet at construction trailer at 322 West Street, Oneonta.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.

The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
