Wideband Satcom AAU Lifting Adapter

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ anticipates soliciting a firm-fixed price acquisition for the items listed below:

1) Wideband Satcom AAU Lifting Adapter, Part Number 4091AS0125-1.

The Government’s intent is to release a competitive small business set-aside Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government intends to award on a Lowest Price / Technically Acceptable basis. Further requirements will be posted to the SAM.Gov website on or about 27 August 2025. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be mailed.

The Government anticipates that the RFP will be released under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334220.

NO FORMAL SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME.

THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This acquisition is being pursued on a small business set-aside basis in accordance with the statutory authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.
