Modification to increase the contract ceiling under contract N00039-20-D-0065 on a sole source basis to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (L3Harris), 1 Federal Street, Camden, NJ 08103-1088 for the Wideband Anti-Jam Modem System (WAMS). The total estimated value of this proposed contract modification is $96,000,000.00.
