This addendum is issued to correct an administrative error identified in the original RFP document. The RFP

Issuance Date listed on the issued RFP was incorrect.

Correct RFP Issuance Date: February 2, 2026

All references to the previously stated date should be disregarded. Except for the correction noted above, all other

terms, conditions, and requirements of the RFP remain unchanged. Respondents should incorporate this addendum

into their proposal documents.
