The Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) is seeking bids for WI Home Owner Certificate for a Manufactured Home as outlined in the attached documents.
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: The Contract will be for an initial one (1) year period effective February 7, 2025 through February 6, 2026 with 2 (two) additional automatic one (1)-year renewals.. The contract will automatically renew unless notified, in writing, by the Contactor; or the State notifies the Contractor, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s). The maximum potential expiration date for this contract is February 6, 2028. QTY: 5,000 10,000 only one quantity will be ordered Size: 8-1/2” x 11” Ink: Heat Resistant and Erasable; Front: Black, PMS 185 Red, and PMS 287 Blue; Back: PMS 403 Gray (3/1) Stock: 24# Recycled, Dull White with NO optical brighteners. Paper must be fully sensitized front and back for chemical and solvent eradication and must produce strong reaction to any attempt including acids, bases, bleaches, and petroleum products. The minimum content for this bid shall be 10% post-consumer recovered materials. If using virgin paper, bidder must fill out RECYCLED PAPER EXCEPTION section or form. Security Feature: Hidden word “VOID” in erasable ink and appears when machine copied. Vendor is to provide pantograph choices for certificate. Artwork Edits: Vendor will need to position pantograph, state seal, and border all negotiated with DSPS. Package: Shrink Wrap in packages of 500 with chipboard. Cartons must be labeled with order number, form number “SBD-10680”, uniform in size, and weigh no more than 40 lbs. each. See Artwork attached |
