SECTION 1.1 – INVITATION TO BID
INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids for the construction of the WHSSD 4450 Lift Station Repump will be received by West Haven
Special Service District at the District office, 4150 S 3900 W, West Haven, UT 84401, until 10:30 AM local
time on Wednesday, 4/15/2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project consists of: 4450 LS Repump: To Remove and Replace the Lift Stations 3 pumps and adjacent
assemblies and hardware. Pump Electrical Paneling/Control Removal and Replacement and other minor
electrical equipment. The project shall be governed by the contract documents.
The successful bidder will be responsible for meeting all bonding, traffic control, encroachment permit,
other requirements imposed by West Haven City at no additional cost to OWNER.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The contracts will be
awarded, if they are to be awarded based on this solicitation, to a responsive, responsible bidder.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including
Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
PDF copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained on or after 4/1/2026 by downloading them
electronically via U3P-Bonfire. Formal Questions need to be posed by email to Rporter@gecivil.com or on
U3P Bonfire, the question deadline is 4/9/2026 by 5:00PM.
There will not be a Pre Bid Conference.
In accordance with Utah Code 63G-6a-112(2)(b)(iii) this Invitation is posted on the District’s website.
