The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for building and improvements to an existing 15,840 ft (3-mile) dirt and gravel improved access road. The project consists of clearing and grubbing, drainage feature installations, road-base installation, road surface, grading and compaction of riding service. The contractor Bids will be electronically opened in the Division of Contracts and Procurement, 2001 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9797, on Tuesday, June 17, 2024 at 2:00 PM. CONTRACT NO. 1 – GENERAL CONSTRUCTION When bidding, amount Bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted. Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to Austin Kieffer (PGC Engineering Division) by phone at 717-787-4250 Ext. 73613 or by email: akieffer@pa.gov. Any questions concerning completion of the electronic Bid should be directed to the PGC Contracts and Procurement Division at 717-787-6594. All drawings, specifications, bid notice, are attached. |
