Project Description: The City of Palm Coast is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors for reconstruction of Whiteview Parkway. Qualified Contractors are those determined to be responsible and responsive in accordance with all requirements of this bid process. The project consists of the reconstruction and resurfacing of Whiteview Parkway; installation of turn lanes; curb and gutter; raised curbed grass medians and 12’ wide multiuse path. The project limits are from the western intersection of US 1 to 400 ft West of Belle Terre Parkway: 400 ft East of Belle Terre Parkway to the curve onto Pritchard Drive. The project is approximately 3.4 miles. The project is an off-system project with impact on one on-system road, US 1.
