The following question(s) were submitted by potential bidders with answers listed below in red:
Q-1. The drawing set does not contain any civil/site drawings. When will these be issued?
A-1. Please reference Addendum 02 issued 09 December 2025.
Q-2. The architect has specified AWI QCP Premium on the casework and the millwork. Can
you please provide the AWI QCP Project Number for this project?
A-2. AWI QCP is not required for this project.
Q-3. Could you confirm if we can be invited to bid and added to your bid list for this and future
projects? Please let us know if there are any steps we need to take.
A-3. Shelby County Government bid postings are located on the County’s website at
www.shelbycountytn.gov . At the top of the home page, click on the dropdown box under
“Business”, Click on “Purchasing” and “Bids” to locate the name of the above-described
Sealed Bid. Additionally, the Doing Business with Shelby County Government pamphlet is
included as Attachment A for reference.
Q-4. Is the Furniture/Equipment to be Owner Furnished and Owner Installed?
A-4. All furniture is contactor furnished contractor installed.
Q-5. The bid documents do not contain any Civil plans or specifications for sitework. Please
clarify that the site demolition, earthwork, site concrete, asphalt pavement, fencing, site utilities,
etc., are all being done “By Others”?
A-5. Reference Q-1/A-1 above; referenced work will not be completed by others.

required and used by the County, while applying applicable race and gender-neutral and

Vendor Registration:
All suppliers interested in doing business
with Shelby County Government must be
registered with an active, Business Registration
Number (BRN) and vendor number.
To register for an BRN, visit https://
apps.shelbycountytn.gov/EOCPublic
Once an BRN has been approved and
activated, the supplier will be assigned a
vendor number.
