The Klamath County Developmental Disability Services invites written sealed bids for the White Avenue Renovations located at 2426/2428 White Ave., Klamath Falls, OR 97601.

Questions pertaining to the specifications or scope of work should be directed to Phillip Squibb, Klamath County Developmental Disability Services Director 3328 Vandenberg Rd., Klamath Falls, OR. 97603 phone: (541) 851-2360. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held by Phillip Squibb, at the White Avenue Supported Living Home located at 2426/2428 White Ave., Klamath Falls, OR 97601 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on January 15, 2019.
Written sealed bids in envelopes marked “KLAMATH COUNTY WHITE AVENUE RENOVATIONS” shall be delivered or mailed to Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager, at 305 Main Street, Suite 216, Klamath Falls, OR., 97601. Only bids from Licensed Contractors will be accepted. No bid shall be considered if received later than 2:00 p.m. January 25, 2019. The bids shall be opened at the Klamath County Government Center at 305 Main Street in Room 216 on January 25, 2019.
This project is subject to Oregon’s prevailing wage rates. All Bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit (Bank), or Bid Bond, payable to the Klamath County in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid.
Klamath County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all bids upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so. Klamath County reserves the right to rescind the award of any Contract at any time before the execution of said Contract by all parties without any liability against the County. All bids are subject to Oregon Law bid procedures.
