Deposits for hard copy must be in a form of a check. Please mail all deposit checks to Repro Graphix, Inc.; 437 N. Illinois St.; Indianapolis, IN 46204. Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com

Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following projects until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on the 1st day of May 2025 in the offices of Capital Asset Management, 2550 Northwestern Avenue, Suite 1100, West Lafayette, IN 47906.

As per Addendum 2: " The bid opening for the C.40.12554 Whistler Hall Room S001 Growth Chamber Conversion – 2025 project has been postponed. The new bid opening date will be Thursday, May 8, 2025. The final addendum will be issued on Monday, May 5, 2025. Bid questions must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 1, 2025."

2. West Lafayette Campus – Whistler Hall Room S001 Growth Chamber Conversion - 2025

A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 2 will be held on April 22, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. EDT. The meeting will be held in Room S001 of Whistler Hall (WSLR) located at 170 S. University St., West Lafayette, IN.
