Wheelchair Accessible Vans

The Office of Fleet Management (Fleet) is seeking to establish a contract to fill an immediate need for wheelchair vans and/or buses. Bids must only include vehicles that are fueled by gasoline, E-85 or are hybrid-electric. Any bids that include vehicles fueled with other sources will not be considered. All pricing must include delivery to the Office of Fleet Management. Vehicles must be delivered to 513 Barret Street, Frankfort, KY 40601 between 7:30am-4:30pm (M-F). Delivery should be arranged with David Fint (502) 782-0109. Fleet requires these types of wheelchair vans and/or buses. Each of these must include the following or an equivalent: (3) three fleet or base model minivans a.        (1) one wheelchair position - Fleet prefers as many additional seats as possible with this wheelchair position. b.        Rear ramp (powered) c.        Must have the ability to accept a partition behind the front row. Each vehicle must include: 1.        Front and rear air conditioning 2.        Front and rear heat 3.        Automatic transmission 4.        (3) three key fobs These are preferred per vehicle: 1.        Bluetooth technology 2.        Cruise control 3.        Exterior color white
