Wheatland Woods Park

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Jackson Township, Lebanon County for the Wheatland Woods Park Project until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Monday, June 16, 2025 at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
The project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of trees and brush, the removal of an existing fence, the construction of an 8’ wide stone trail, the construction of a paved parking area and access drive, the installation of 4’ high split rail fencing, the installation of a 15” culvert, the installation of several stormwater inlets and pipes, the application of pavement markings, the installation of several sets of removeable pipe bollards along the walking trail, and all other associated work as more fully described in the Construction Drawings.
Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at the Jackson Township Municipal Building.
Jackson Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
