PLEASE NOTE: BID EXTENSION DUE DATE:  October 30th no later than noon. See Addendum #2  NO BIDSWILL BE ACCEPTED FROM VENDORS THAT DID NOT ATTEND THE PRE-BID SITE VISIT.

The Port of Albany is requesting sealed bids from qualified vendors for Wharf Upgrades at the Port of Albany terminal.  Bids are due no later than noon on October 30, 2025 at which time they will be opened and publicly read. Please see RFP document below for further information.

Please Note there is a MANDATORY pre-bid site visit event on Wednesday Sept 10, 2025  from 10:00AM-12:00PM.  The event will include a site walk and a site boat viewing.  Attendees must pre-register via email to jlansing@portofalbany.us Proper PPE and Identification are required.
