Whale tag housing updates

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of whale tag housing updates from Telonics Inc as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the goods being compatible with existing equipment. Tag housing must be compatible with existing tags already deployed. The product must monitor a pressure sensor, three-axis accelerometer sensor and saltwater conductivity switch. It also must incorporate an Argos transmitter module for communication with the Argos satellite system and near-real time location tracking. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by 02/27/2025 at 3:30PM PST.
