Invitation for Bids (IFB)

Student Transportation

Sealed bids for supplying Student Transportation will be received at the Office of the Superintendent, 89 Middle Street, Weymouth, MA 02189, until 10:00 A.M. on Monday, June 22, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read.  All submissions must be in a sealed envelope clearly labeled "RE BID: Student Transportation, June 22, 2026, 10:00 A.M."

Bid and Performance Bonds will be required pursuant to the bid specifications; a copy of which may be obtained at the above address.

IFB Availability: Monday, June 1, 2026 at 9:00 am
Questions due: Monday, June 8, 2026 by 3:00 pm
Responses to questions will be sent to all requestors: Monday, June 15, 2026 by 3:00 pm
Public Opening of Bid: Monday, June 22, 2026, at 10:01 am
Anticipated Notice of Award: Within 30 days of the Public Opening

The Weymouth Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids as deemed to be in the best interest of the Weymouth Public Schools.  This bid shall be awarded subject to the appropriation of funds.
