Project Description	Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract from prequalified bidders are invited for the following work: This project will refurbish 134 student apartments, totaling approximately 80,553 asf, at Weyburn Terrace Sycamore Court. The project will update the wall, ceiling, and floor finishes in the apartment units. The units will receive new paint, and all flooring will be replaced with vinyl plank.
