Weyburn Community Health Services Centre Valves and Piping Project

BACKGROUND
Weyburn Community Health Services is a healthcare service provider to the residents of Weyburn, SK under the Saskatchewan Health Authority. This facility is a community-based facility with a primary health care focus. Service provided are adult and child immunization, home care, mental health & addiction, occupation therapy, oral health, palliative care, sexual health (testing, treatment, support, and education), and take-home naloxone kits.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Consultant shall perform the following services in connection with the project:
Weyburn Community Health Service Centre – Valves and Piping Project
SHA is seeking professional engineering consulting services from firms that will act as the prime consultant and their assembled sub-consultant teams to provide design upgrades for the Steam Heating renovation at the Weyburn Community Health Services Centre.

Site Meeting:

A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for 11:00a.m. February 19th, 2025 @ the Weyburn Community Health Services in Weyburn, Saskatchewan (900 Saskatchewan Drive). Attendees are to meet at the main entrance to the building. All Bidders are required to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids.
