The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time).
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids from a qualified Contractor to provide Wetland Mitigation Credits within the Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 2080206 in Newport News (Lat: 37.14486, Long: -76.5453458) for the City of Newport News Engineering Department, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this IFB.
