Project: Wetland Mitigation Construction for the County Commissioners of Queen Anne’s County,
Maryland. The site is located on the Tanner Farm properly located at 200 Davidson Farm Lane near
Stevensville, Maryland.
The Work consists of the construction of approximately 17.49 acres +/- of forested wetland through
excavation and grading of earth, installation of plant materials, establishment of appurtenant features
including ponding areas/berms, temporary & permanent access roads, staging areas, erosion & sediment controls and all other periphery tasks necessary to complete the work. The Work is more fully described
